YOUTH OF THE YEAR QUEST
The club invites students from local secondary schools - government,
Independent and Catholic - to participate in this exciting annual event. Schools
that have participated include Highvale SC, Wesley College, Knox College, Glen Waverley SC,
Avila College, Huntingtower School, Wellington SC and Mazenod College.
The successful club entrant will proceed to a District level competition and
then move up to the national level if successful at each intermediate level..
In 2004 the club was proud to sponsor the state finalist - a student from
Wesley College.
Students interested in nominating for this prestigious award for 2009 should
contact the club via this web site and ask to speak to the 2009 Youth of the Year Coordinator,
Mr. Noel Matthews.
